Just not the same since they changed owners
All their quality has dropped ever since they sold it to a new owner it's not the same then go in there for years and it's done nothing but go downhill the quality of the food doesn't taste the same I would not recommend

why go anywhere else?
I have been a customer for almost 20 years since moving to e hartford,everyone that i tell about them become steady customers,I travel throughout Ct.during work and sometimes stop for wings at other chinese restaurants and have yet to find one that even comes close to luen hops,their shrimp egg fu young is to die for,its not uncommon for us to eat there 2-3 times a week

BEST CHINESE
I have been going to Luen Hop since I was a young girl. I have always loved how fresh all of their dishes are and how polite the owners are of the restaurant. Now being 23, going on 24, it is a weekly tradition in my house to order from Luen Hop.

Best Chinese Take-Out!
Our family has been a Luen Hop fan forever.They have great prices,great tasting dishes,large selections,great portions.Hot and fresh food served by a very friendly and helpful staff.Only down side is that they "DO NOT" deliver,but my son who lives near a chinese take-out in Vernon,CT will travel back to East Hartford just to get Luen Hop.You must give them a try,you will become a fan too.
