Rude & Grumpy
I called to order food for delivery, and the man that took my order on the phone was very grumpy and rude. It was apparent that he did not like his job, and when he put the phone down to put my credit card info into the computer, I heard him cuss and complain that they only had one computer and how mad he was about it. It was very unprofessional of him to have me hear all of his swears and complaints. He must have dropped the F bomb at least 5 times in 20 seconds. Also, he was rushing me to give him my order. He asked if I wanted to tip the driver on my credit card, and I didnt undertsand why they would ask me to do that. The tip is for good service, so far I received crappy service on the phone, why would I tip ahead of time - who knows if the driver will be on time and it my order is even right. I will not be calling this place again.
