Great food!
I’ve been ordering from Double Dragon for years and have always gotten delicious food,fast service and friendly employees. Never once have they gotten my order wrong. They serve the best Chinese food in South Windsor.

Eat there all the time
The food has always been fresh. Our family orders there all the time for years. Never once have they been rude. I’ve had just about everything on the menu and it all great. I don’t know what the reviewers that are negative are talking about but my family’s experience has been very good.

Terrible
Worst lo mein I have ever had. Meat had an off taste like it was old. Noodles were over cooked and mushy. I threw it out. Will never go back.

Rude / disrespectful
I called to place an order. I was called back and told my card was declined I said impossible.
OK I will come and pick up the order. He said how are you going to pay you can't use that card. I stated I am not dumb I realize that. The person taking the order said I am not calling you dumb. I am not going to make your order. Don't come here I will not make your order. And hung up.
I can't imagine this is the first time that this person has been rude to a customer. I hope that is not the owner. Clearly it is someone who does not care about good customer service and repeat business.

Wonderful
I was just in there to get lunch specials, and walking on crutches, so I placed the order, and was told, hey go sit in your car, I'll bring it out to you. Now that is excellent customer Service. I never go anywhere else.

We have been going here for over four years the food and the service is great.Never once were they rude or messed up our orders and we have taken out and had it delivered to our home always fresh and hot and great tasting food.The family who runs it is very nice and always greet us with a smile and are very polite....I would say two thumbs up for double dragon great Chinese food period!!!!!

Always Consistent
On average, my wife and I have gone here twice a month for the past 4 years and we have not been disappointe donce. We have tried all other Chinese restaraunts in SW and this is the best and the most consistent. They are a very friendly family and always greet you with a smile and hello. Whenever I go in w/o my wife, they always ask how she is doing and vice versa when she goes in. The beef teriyaki is the best around and their combo portions and perfect sizes.

Wonderful Food!!
I have ordered food from Double Dragon for about 4 years. I have never been unhappy with any of my orders. Egg Rolls are always crispy (never greasy or soggy). The Singapore Chow Mi Fun is the best I have ever had. My husband loves the Orange Flavor Chicken and General TSO's Chicken. I have previously ordered from another Chinese Restaurant but Double Dragon is superior. Also, They deliver!! They are also very friendly...on the phone and delivery!

Awesome food, and friendly people too-never had a problem with rudeness or errors. Better than other local Chinese places-blows Sun Sun away with food quality. (they're very overrated btw.)

I ordered pick up and the guy sounded like he didn't care at all about anything I was saying and almost had an attitude or tone to him. I would provable say avoid this place. Recommend sun sun instead or bong Kong house right across the street.

i do not recommend this place to anyone, the food is average, had better in other south windsor chinese restaurants, but their service is terrible. once i order for delivery, it late, and when i called, they said that its on its way, but i waited for a hour and 20ish minutes and it never arrived. so i called again, and they said there was no such order. i was pissed but my son was hungry and wanted chinese, so i drove there to order, when i gave them my order again, they said, "oh you that guy, we found your order." i gave him the wtf face, and before i even said anything he got mad and asked me "you want or no want last order!" i face-palmed and went to a restaurant across the street.

My family of 6 has been ordering from here for many years and the food has always been great. Good portions, very tasty and fresh.
I usually pick up the food so I cannot say anything about the delivery times.
As a matter of fact I'm going to place an order there right now.

Favorite Chinese in South Windsor
I don't know how long ago Gaby ate here, but I have been ordering from Double Dragon for about a year and think it's the best in South Windsor...and I've tried them all. I am always recommending them to friends and they love the food as well. Food always arrives on time or early and is hot and delicious. I highly recommend Double Dragon! (5/2011)

Big NO NO
This is my third time ordering from this place. The first two times were also a disappointment but, not as much. The food was late as usual (live only 3.2 miles away). This time I had actually found hair and dust in the chicken with broccoli. Feels like the food had been scrape off the floor. The white rice looks dated from last year. Never order from that place again.
