It would be hard to find a better pizza place in Manchester, we have tried each one as they open (for the heck of it) but CJ's can't be beat, for friendliest staff, caring chefs and all around best pizza.

Although I left Manchester in the 60's I still remember the Wonderful toasted Ham grinders that I loved so much. I'm very happy to see that it is still in business and in the same location. Never been able to find one that good in California!

I love the food at CJ's and I miss going there because I moved out of Manchester. I did introduce CJ's to my fiance and we are planning to go for lunch very soon.

None better than CJ's
I grew up on CJ's pizza from the sixties. No insult intended, but NY stlye just can't compete. The crust is always perfect, never burnt. Toppings are high quality. My nephews and their children have inherited a love of CJ's too. I have traveled as far as 50 miles to go to CJ's rather than any place nearby. Friends from other states always want to go there first. If you have never been there you just don't know what your missing!I can't bring myself to eat pizza or grinders or pasta from anywhere else. dominos could learn a thing or two from CJ's. The owner and staff are awesome too. They work hard and put in incredible hours; if they ever go out of business it will be my demise!!!!

I have to disagree carl! cj's is awesome but the best chicken parm grinder BY FAR is found at the wethersfield pizza house, silas deane highway, in wethersfield. Check it out!

Best food in town
I've gone to CJ's for about 10 years now. Unfortunately, I had to relocate to Storrs to attend UConn, and I still can't find any decent pizza anywhere in comparison to CJ's. We make frequent trips back to Manchester just to eat there. Great friendly atmosphere, and down to earth people. By far, the BEST place in Connecticut!

CJ's Pizza is always fresh and always perfect. This restaurant is not a chain, and each pizza or grinder is made with great care. We try all the new pizza places that come and go in Manchester, and CJ's always is by far the best. It's no wonder it's been around so long!
