Bad sushi
1. The woman who sat us and took our order was rude and miserable.
2. The chicken in noodles were slimey and Not completely cooked
3. No sake
4. it was the Worst sushi we have ever had
5. not fresh sushi, had some tinted color on it
6. So rushed, and sloppy, put together like that of a 5 yr old. (maybe if the woman making it had a better attitude it might of looked decent.)
7. Shells in spider roll
8. should not do the sushi thing there, or get a real sushi chef.
Never going back!

Not so happy
went there on a saturday night nobody was in there , place was cold , even the waiter had a jacket on , food was cold ..will never go there again

Front desk help, not helpful at all!
The food is very good, however, the woman that answers the phone is very rude. I have difficulty understanding her at times when I call for take out. She talks so fast and is annoyed when you ask her to repeat. She also is very rude in person. I would go to the restaurant more often and they replaced her.

Good food, bad customer service
I eat from Joy Luck all the time, their food is great except for their miso soup, it doesn't always taste good... sometimes its too salty other times it tastes like nothing. The only major thing that I guess can be changed is their customer service. The lady there (who I assume is the wife of the owner) is EXTREMELY rude and is not at all friendly which really ruins the restaurant's image. If she cant be kind then she should just remain in the kitched and they should get someone else to deal with the customers.

Poor Customer Service
Dinner was good but the customer service was poor and the place was cold. On top of all of that, we left a tip on the table for our waitress but they charged my debit card an extra $4.50. I called Joy Luck immediately after checking my online banking account information and they were NOT helpful but rather rude.

Boneless ribs, dripping with this sweet sauce, delicious. Best crab rangoon Ive tried. Lost me with some mushy noodle dishes, but the appetizers here rock!

I go to joy luck about once a month and to my suprise the whole place has been done over...Nice bar w/ flat screen tvs,new look inside,everything from the plates to the menu's looked better..give it another try if you haven't been in a while!

Good Dinner
We went there because they had a $10.95 STEAMED LOBSTER special. It was delicious. So was the pineapple duck we ordered. I will go back.
