We are new to the area and wanted to try this place seeing how they have won best Chinese food in the area. Well I wish I knew what the food tastes like but we don't and never will. We called to place an order and my husband was passed from one RUDE employee to another RUDE employee. They made everything very difficult over the phone and told us the shrimp fried rice is pre made so we can't get it without veggies and also I ordered the honey chicken because I saw it on their menu and he rudely told us we were wrong and they don't have that. We ended up calling china taste and what a difference!!! Very nice!! Boo to panda palace!!!!

Never a disappointment from this real chinese restaurant .
Beef and Broccoli,General Tsao's chicken,Filet Mignon Steak Kew ,House Special Sizzling Plate;just a few of my favororites . Appetizers you wont find anywhere else like Hacked Chicken ,Cold Cucumber,spicy Wonton,spicy chinese vegetables along with the usual fare .To clarify something about a previous review It is obvious they are not trying to include a thai section on their menu. A couple items on the menu may be named "Thai Style" and that is exactly what they are ;Chinese dishes that have Thai dish charactaristics .
A few bucks more than the usual corner chinese take out but you get what you pay for. I certainly notice the difference.

Worst food I ever had
I had a order of chicken wings and the hot and spicy soup.
The chicken taste like pure ginger. The hot and spicy soup was so hot that you could not taste the rest of the ingredients , I also believe that the soup has Tofo in the soup really mushy. I will never ever ever ever order from them again

Best Chicken w/ Broccoli I've ever had. Their fried food leaves much to be desired (head over to China Taste for good fried Chinese) If you're looking for some good veggie/meat combos they can't be beat.

Thai?
Sorry, but I'm kind of craving sushi at the moment and I'm aware Panda Palace is a Chinese establishment, and sushi is a Japanese food item. But seriously, fucking Thai style spicy shrimp AND chicken?! WTF Panda Palace, last time I checked, Thailand isn't part of China, stop trying to take over the world. Thats Japan's job, so if you want to steal their mojo, at least give them some credit with some sushi.

We always order food from panda palace. The steamed dumplings and general tsos chicken are a personal favorite. Delivery is always fast too. Definitely the best chinese food in the area.

Tried a couple times, gave up. Gave them another chance, I had food delivered. Food was very average, made my husband never wanting Chinese again. Had same delivery guy from a year ago again, he just has a very bad attitude, he should find a job where he doesn't have to deal with human contact. We will never have Panda Palace again.

I just moved into the area and I had my first experience with this restaurant this weekend. It was delicious. The people there are very friendly. The lo mein was absolutely delicious and every entree was hot and full of great flavor. My kids loved the beef teriyaki and egg rolls. I will definitely be going back!

Real crab meat in their rangoons. Everyone uses imitation seafood to save on cost so it is really refreshing to find someone who is willing to go the extra mile and do it right. You get what you pay for, go cheap then you will have to settle for imitations. Kudos to the cooks.

DELICIOUS!!!
Their food is ALWAYS excellent. I've tried a lot of different Chinese restaurants around the area and this one is by far the best. Their crab rangoon is verrry good and the general tsao's chicken will forever be my favorite dish. I highly recommend to this to any Chinese food lover.

A cut above the rest .
I have been a fan of Panda Palace for 13 years . The deal with this place is they use quality meats and prepare everything on site fresh from what I understand . Everything from the free crunchy noodle chips ,Beef Teriaki to the General Tso's Chicken is made from scratch . I live in Manchester and there are about 20 Chinese Take Out/Delivery places and 1 Dine-In style but none of them come close to the quality you will get from this Restaurant . Vernon has a couple places that do a 2 sided menu (Japanese/ Chinese)and do a fair job but in my opinion don't make the cut if you compare in a taste test(The Chinese side ).
Tender meats, flavorful dishes that don't seem bland halfway though eating (such as dishes from the above mentioned style places)keeps me from going elsewhere for Chinese.
If you want quantity then sit at a buffet if your teeth can chew through the beef and your system and taste buds can take all the preservatives and MSG .I should note that the prices on the menu run about 15- 20% more than your average Chinese take- out place which reflects the cost of better meats ,more ingredients and labor.Definitely worth a try . A far cut above the rest.

Oh so good it feel when the wooshoo pork tickle my apetite. I recommend very so much, and they have very handsome delivery big boy, oh so fine. He not say much after i do not tip him, he still give best servicing i have ever felt.

I used to buy from Panda years ago. Recommended it to everyone. I ordered recently and found the food was horrible. Brown rice was old and stale. The dishes were very oily with no flavor. Not what I expected. Maybe it was a bad night. Can't recommend it to anyone.

Figured we would give Panda a shot. Wrong decision!!The to go order was jammed into one bag and leaking all the way home! The broccoli n garlic was bland n tasteless. The Moo Shu Pork looked like a science project that I wouldnt feed to my dogs. Found 3 small pcs. of pork n dozens of mushrooms.All this for $18.00..wont see us again!

The portions are normal if you say they are small I'm sure you are an over-eater. Excellent job by the chef when it comes to taste. Great service too. One guy does the work of 4 kids these days.
